This Privacy Policy describes how Trace Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Howdy ("Howdy") collects, uses, and protects your information in connection with its messaging and voice services, which are powered by AgentPhone (operated by Relay Innovations, Inc.).

When you opt in to receive SMS messages or participate in voice calls with Howdy, we collect your phone number, your consent to receive messages and calls, and call recordings where applicable. Messages may contain account notifications, product updates, and responses to your inquiries.

We use your phone number solely to send you the SMS messages you consented to receive and to place or receive voice calls as part of the service. Call recordings may be used for service delivery and quality purposes. We do not use your phone number for marketing purposes beyond the scope of your consent.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Call recordings are not shared with third parties except as required to deliver the service or as required by law.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply HELP for assistance. You may decline or end any voice call at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Howdy's messaging and voice services are powered by AgentPhone, a telephony platform for AI agents operated by Relay Innovations, Inc. AgentPhone provides infrastructure only and does not control, review, or approve Howdy's communications. Howdy is solely responsible for all data collection, consent, and compliance with applicable privacy and telecommunications laws.
